A message to our TIX members
In light of the government’s position relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19), as well as recommendations by industry leaders, many shows in the near future have been cancelled or rescheduled.

In light of the government’s position relating to coronavirus (COVID-19), as well as recommendations by industry leaders, many shows in the near future have been cancelled or rescheduled. We understand that this would have been an incredibly difficult decision to make. These are concerts, shows and events that take months, if not years, to organise, with hundreds working behind the scenes to make them happen.
However, taking these measures now means that ultimately we can all get back to doing what we love sooner – creating memories with our friends and family through attending shows.
At TIX, we’re passionate about live entertainment and supporting the artists, producers and teams behind the events we promote. Equally, we want our TIX members and those going to events to have the best experience possible. Therefore, we stand behind the decisions made and look forward to the time when our favourite artists and these highly-anticipated shows return to our stages.
In the meantime, we're working with our partners in the live entertainment industry to continue connecting you with upcoming events later in the year.
Ticket refunds
We've made every effort to update our website with the information provided by our partners regarding cancellations and postponements. Please check our website or the official event website for updates.
As TIX is not a ticketing company or a re-seller of tickets, we don’t have access to your transaction to be able to make changes. If a show you have purchased tickets to has been cancelled or postponed, the ticketing vendor will be in touch to notify you of your options.
Please get in touch with them if your credit card details have changed or if you haven’t been notified.
