News that the original Guns N’ Roses line-up of Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan had regrouped for this tour had fans going crazy for tickets. Add to that a saving of over $100 per ticket, special guest Angus Young (AC/DC) and all the mega-hits, such as ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’ and ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, and this was always going to be one of the hottest tickets around.

A Reserve tickets to Kinky Boots were up to $135, so when we announced tickets from $75 to this feel-good musical with a big heart and even bigger shoes, performances sold out in a flash. It wasn’t just the price that was appealing though — with music by Cyndi Lauper and several Laurence Olivier Awards to its name, Kinky Boots was one of the best musicals to tour Australia last year.

It’s no surprise that Elizabeth Taylor, JFK, Madonna, Jean Paul Gaultier and Sting are fans.
